Healthcare Associates of Texas is excited to offer online appointment scheduling! Our new online scheduling system is available at all hours of the day or night for select clinics and providers. Whether it is late in the evening or early in the morning, you can schedule time with your Provider.

How To Schedule:

1. On the appointments page, select your provider and click, “Go”.
2. On your provider’s profile, click, “Schedule Appointment”. You’ll be taken to our online appointment scheduler powered by Healow.
3. On the first page, you’ll select the time and date you’d like to see your provider at and indicate that you are an existing patient.
4. From, here you’ll be asked to fill in several personal details. Just follow the prompts!
5. Once you’ve booked, one of our team members will reach out to you to confirm any last details.

Please note that COVID-19 Testing appointments can only be scheduled by phone and that only certain providers are available for online bookings.
