No in-person visits will be held from Tuesday, February 16, 2021 to Thursday, February 18, 2021 due to inclement weather. Televisits will still be held.

If you have an appointment scheduled for 2/16, 2/17, or 2/18, someone will reach out to you either to reschedule your appointment or change it to a televisit.

Due to power outages, your televisit may be delayed. Your provider will make every attempt to reach you at your scheduled time. If we are unable to connect, we will attempt to contact you by the end of the day that your appointment is schedule.
