Inclement Weather Update 1/30/2023

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for the North Texas area from Monday, Jan. 30, at 6 a.m. until Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 6 a.m. Forecasts suggest we will receive up to 0.5 inches of ice along with a wintery mix.

Due to this winter weather and our concern for the safety of our team and patients, all HCAT clinics and ancillaries will begin closures at 11 a.m. today, Jan. 30, and will see virtual video visits appointments only beginning at 1 p.m.

All clinics will remain closed and will continue to see virtual video appointments only on Tues., Jan. 31 and the morning of Wed., Feb. 1. Depending on the weather, we plan to reopen for face-to-face appointments Wednesday afternoon. If this direction changes, our website will be updated and patients will be contacted.

All patients who have an appointment scheduled and who will be affected by the weather-related closure will be contacted. Their appointment will be moved to a virtual visit or other arrangements will be made.
