Irving, TX (September 25th, 2018) – Healthcare Associates of Texas (“HCAT”), a portfolio company of Webster
Capital and full-service primary care practice management company operating in the Dallas/Fort-Worth region,
has partnered with the medical practice of Dr. Greg Maul, which operates from locations in Rowlett and Heath,
Texas, further expanding HCAT’s services and care in the North Texas region. Dr. Maul’s Family Practice
employs two physicians, including Dr. Greg Maul and Dr. Lien Lam, and two physician assistants.

For over 20 years, Dr. Maul’s practice motto has been “Sick Today, Seen Today”. This guiding principle, along
with his commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centric care from start to finish, has driven the success
and growth of Dr. Maul’s practice. His level of attentiveness to patient needs aligns directly with HCAT’s core
philosophy of care.

“We are thrilled to have partnered with Dr. Maul and his practice,” said Dr. Walter Gaman, Founding Partner
and Executive Chairman of HCAT. “He built his practice on the concepts of being available when others weren’t,
and ensuring that his patients are well-served. That dedication to patient care is exactly what HCAT is looking
for. As we expand into these two new cities, we will have the opportunity to build upon the practice’s solid
foundation and further enhance HCAT presence in North Texas.”

Webster Capital initially invested in HCAT to help the physicians expand their delivery model and platform in
order to grow the practice throughout the DFW region. Today, HCAT continues to expand its provider network
and enhance its commitment to providing a comprehensive continuum of primary care services.
