Healthcare Associates of Texas (“HCAT”), a portfolio company of Webster Capital and full-service primary care practice management company operating in the Dallas/Fort-Worth region, has acquired:

• Village Medical Center
• Woodlands Medical
• Mansfield Primary Care Doctors
• Midlothian Urgent Care Doctors.

This expands their North Texas footprint into Arlington, Cross Roads, Mansfield, and Midlothian.
