Healthcare Associates of Texas announces that beginning January 3, 2023, Jason Varghese, MD, will move to Healthcare Associates of Texas – Mansfield, located at 221 Regency Parkway, Suite 125, Mansfield, Texas 76063. Healthcare Associates of Texas will contact patients who have appointments scheduled with Dr. Varghese on or after January 3rd to make alternate arrangements.
With the relocation of Dr. Varghese, you can request copies of your medical records. To do this, call the Mansfield office at 817-477-5884 and request your records at no cost to you. Please call the Healthcare Associates of Texas team at 817-477-5884 with questions.
