What are TeleVisits?

Our TeleVisits are virtual appointments with our providers conducted through video and audio streaming. You can meet with any of our providers via TeleVisit using a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a web camera and microphone. Once you have logged into the TeleVisit, your provider will conduct the appointment like an in-person visit. Your provider will ask you questions about your symptoms and figure out the next best steps for your care. Your provider can also order prescriptions and request lab tests for you, just like an in-person visit.

During a TeleVisit:

During the visit, your provider may determine that you need to come into one of our clinics. Our number one priority is our patient’s wellness, and we are taking every precaution to ensure that your visit with us is in a clean and safe facility. If you are a new patient, you can also be assured that you will be able to continue to see the same provider in the future, whether through TeleVisit or in-person. TeleVisits are currently covered by insurance as regular in-person visits. To ensure coverage, reach out to your insurance provider.

Schedule a TeleVisit:

To schedule a TeleVisit, call your provider’s number. Our staff will help you schedule a TeleVisit. If you are a new patient, browse our provider profiles and call the number listed on the provider’s page with whom you would like to meet with. You can also request an appointment online and one of our staff will call you to get an appointment scheduled.
