We deliver primary care health services to you and your family with respect, concern, and care. As family medicine providers, our goal is to develop helpful relationships and to ensure your family gets the highest quality treatment to achieve your optimum health and well-being. Meeting your families’ physical and emotional needs through preventative care and comprehensive treatment is our top priority.

Preventative Medicine

Preventative medicine focuses on preventing illnesses or conditions before they can develop. The goal is to avoid disease through screenings, health education, immunizations, and lifestyle changes. Preventative medicine promotes lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, losing weight, and having a healthy and balanced diet.  Preventative medicine is important given the worldwide rise in chronic conditions.

Visit Types

We offer several types of visits to help you become the healthiest version of yourself. We see patients for all types of health problems and conditions. When you schedule an appointment, you’ll be asked about your health concerns or problems you are seeking help with. You’ll then be scheduled for the appropriate visit type.

Select clinics offer well child care visits. Please call the clinic you would like to visit ahead of time to see if it offers well child care.

Immunizations

Immunizations provide protection against infectious diseases. Our clinics offer many different vaccines. We offer vaccines that protect against Hepatitis A & B, Shingles, Pneumonia, bacterial infections, and more. Our providers recommend certain vaccinations to help protect you from disease. Not all vaccines are offered at all clinic locations. Call your provider’s office ahead of time to confirm that certain vaccines are available.

Screenings

Screenings are medical tests run by primary care providers that look for diseases and health conditions before you show any. Screenings can find conditions early while they are easier to treat. Depending on your age, sex, and medical history, your provider may recommend you be screened for cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, or osteoporosis. Getting your recommended screenings is one of the most important things you can do for your long-term health.
