An essential role to help patients organize care
Patient services coordinators handle the administrative side of our practices. As a patient services coordinator, you’ll be every patient’s first point of contact to getting care. You’ll answer phone calls, help patients schedule appointments, check in patients, take patient payments, and follow-up with patients about missing documents and appointments.
